What they are, and who makes them.
What are CORNELY and JACQUARD?
How is the dial made?
The stitch is embroidered by machine, from a motif prepared and calibrated by hand. The finished dial is centered and set by hand before it goes into its case. No two are alike; small differences in thread and shade are the nature of the piece.
Can I choose the colors?
CORNELY: after your order the studio writes to you, and together you settle the ground and the markers. Embroidery begins once you have confirmed them.
JACQUARD: you choose when you order, from Flame red, Emerald green, Ice blue, Royal blue and Onyx black. A color of your own is 500 € more, agreed with the studio before production begins.
Who makes the watches?
The Ercigoj art embroidery studio in Ljubljana, at work since 1923 and now in its fifth generation. From monumental embroidery to the smallest dial, the same hands and the same house.
Ordering and payment
How an order works, and what stays in your hands.
How do I order?
Press Order on the watch’s page. In the checkout you enter your details and delivery address, see the final price, and pay by card or PayPal. Nothing is binding until you press Pay.
You receive a confirmation by email, and the studio takes it from there.
What does the price include?
CORNELY is 2,500 €, JACQUARD 2,800 €, VAT included for delivery within the European Union. Outside it, the watch is priced without VAT. The checkout shows the exact figure for your address before you pay.
Delivery is added separately. The watch comes in a folding oak box, with its warranty card and user guide.
Can I change my mind?
Until production begins, yes, at any time: write to watches@ercigoj.com and we refund the full amount within 14 days. After delivery you may return the watch within 14 days; the right of withdrawal page says how.
Where do I enter a code?
In the checkout, before you pay. The total updates as soon as the code is accepted.
Delivery and customs
When it arrives, what it costs, and what your country may add.
How long until I receive it?
Each watch is made to order. Allow 6–8 weeks from the day you pay; we confirm the date with you. The watch travels by DHL Express, and you receive the tracking details by email.
What does delivery cost?
30 € within Slovenia, 70 € to the rest of the European Union, 95 € to Asia, Oceania and South America, 85 € to every other country. The checkout adds it to your total before you pay.

Can I collect the watch in person?
Yes, at the studio in Ljubljana, free of charge. Choose it in the checkout; we arrange the day together once the watch is ready. A watch handed over at the studio carries VAT at 22 %, wherever you live.
What about customs and duties outside the EU?
The watch leaves the European Union free of VAT: 2,049.18 € for CORNELY, 2,295.08 € for JACQUARD. Your country may charge import VAT and duties on arrival; these are yours to pay and are not part of our price.
Where customs clearance needs your word, DHL contacts you by phone or email. A prompt reply keeps the parcel moving.
Warranty and service
What we stand behind, and for how long.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years, worldwide, from the day of delivery: the movement, the case and the embroidered dial, in materials and workmanship. Wear, accidents, water beyond the stated resistance and work by others are not covered. The warranty page has the full text.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to watches@ercigoj.com with the model, the edition number and a few words on the fault. Within five business days you have our reply and a prepaid label. A covered repair is free, shipping both ways included, and done within 30 days.
And after the warranty?
The studio services the watch for at least three more years: repairs, maintenance and parts, for a fee.
